Requirements
Fluent written and oral English.
Bachelor's Degree in business or economics (MA/MS preferred).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in data in an analytics-intensive role.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of managing BI and analytics e-commerce teams.
Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, SQL Server and Google Analytics.
Highly analytical with the ability to succinctly summarize data from multiple sources.
Ability to take ambiguous requirements and drive insight and clarity.
Ability to clearly communicate with business stakeholders, advise and apply best practices and set strategy for data and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analysis of US and international online optical markets, competitors and value migration.
Analysis of consumer engagement, as well as new and returning customers.
Product analysis of performance, structure, competitors and strategy for customers.
Channel trend analysis for social media and search engines. Attribution modeling for all marketing channels and aggregation analysis.
UI/UX analysis of website performance from different devices, behavioral data, usability testing and optimization.
Google Analytics tracking of different projects.
