Job Description

Position Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for creating APAC shipment statistics report and scorecard report. You should have excellent data processing skills apply to APAC transportation data warehouse in order to drive performance measurement and process improvement through analytical outcome. You have work experience in presenting reports or statistics. You must have strong skills using reporting tools – Excel, VBA and MS SQL. Work experience in logistics IT system implementation is preferred.

Essential Job Functions

In this role, you will:
• Responsible for the reporting and analytics support for the APAC Operation Center including:
• Ad hoc analysis to support daily operational decision-making.
• Help shape and guide data analysis in order to achieve business need.
• Assist and follow up on logistics IT system implementation (TMS) – data preparation, process implementation and user testing/training.
• Ensure data warehouse, reports and dashboards are constantly meeting business requirements
• Development and analysis of data figures to present trends and driving factors, performance KPIs, cost savings in business review meetings.


Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Excel, VBA, PowerPoint and MS SQL
• Understand concept of logistics – transportation management
• Customer service oriented & good communication skill
• Highly organized and results driven, proactively follow up on tasks
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details
• Language (Mandarin as native speaker, English) excellent verbal and written
• Familiar with business process improvement tools and concept
• Prefer candidate should have more than three years work experience in data analytical field with bachelor or above degree(s) in logistics, information systems or engineering.
