Role description
 
The role of CRM Business Data Analyst involves working on one or more of our client accounts managing the briefing, workflow and execution of data requirements for direct marketing campaigns and CRM programs.
 
This role is responsible for the successful delivery of counts, data extracts and reports to support campaign planning, execution and reporting, including delivery to agreed timings, adherence to process, best practice and quality standards. Candidate should be analytical and logically minded, with a thorough understanding of campaign management and production in a direct marketing environment
 
It also entails utilizing campaign management tools and software applications to manipulate process and manage data in a campaign production environment. This involves managing data using tools
 
 
Job Tasks
Main tasks are:
·         Be responsible for successful, on-time delivery of the company’s projects
·         Selection of most appropriate in-house tools and methodologies to carry out data manipulation and processing tasks
·         Querying, extraction, processing and preparing campaign data
·         Data analyzing for campaign planning.
·         Production and presentation of reports and performance analysis of campaigns.
·         Completion and maintenance of campaign meta data, job documentation and administration of job files
·         Regular evaluation of process and methodology to ensure learning is included in future campaign management
 
Communication Skills
·         Proficient in English and Chinese, speaking and writing.
·         Japanese language knowledge is a plus
·         Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
 
 
Professional Skills
·         Bachelor degree
·         At least 3 years in IT Project experience.
·         IT background or good IT skills.
·         CRM and Automotive industry knowledge.
·         Competent / advanced ability in MS Excel
·         Some competency in MS Access
·         Competency in MS SQL or other query language
·         Experience of building marketing campaigns using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, FastStats, Unica Campaign, Adobe Campaign, etc
·         Flexible and adaptable; able to work in stressful situations.
·         Accurate and excellent attention to details at all times
