核心责任

1. 深刻理解产品业务的方向和战略，通过用户和数据分析，为产品和体验项目提供决策支持。

2. 清晰严密的逻辑，较好的业务嗅觉。

3. 参与数据建模，即使发现和分析其中的文化和可能的机会，为产品，体验产品设计师提供决策支持。

工作要求

1. 1年以上数据分析或者产品开发经验。

2. 良好的英语能力。

3. 能够跨团队协作，分析需求，创建正确的数学模型来解释经营现状。

4. 有较强的分析思考和交流能力。

5. 有能力通过数据和A/B测试来指导产品开发。

6. 熟悉 SQL, Python 或者其他语言。（加分项）

Role & Responsibilities

1. Have deeply understanding of the direction and strategy of product business. Provide decision support for product development through user and data analysis.

2. Critical thinking, excellent business sense.

3. Participate in data modelling, discover and analyze possible opportunities, provide decision support for products and experience product designers.

4. Have strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

5. Ability to guide product development through data and A/B testing.

6. Familiar with SQL, Python or other querying languages (preferred).
