主要工作职责(Main Responsibilities / Job Description)：
l  Replenish and allocate goods according to the actual demand of store,and reach the inventory-sale ratio for every store.
根据店铺实际需求进行货品补货、调拨、追单，以达到各店铺合理的库存销售比；
l  Responsible for products outbound analysis, sales analysis, familiar with  product analysis
负责货品的出库分析、销售分析，熟悉货品分析；
l  Analyze the sales data of shoes regularly, adjust the structure of goods timely. Regular inspections should be carried out to the stores, to collect the latest information and have the ability to respond quickly
定期进行各类鞋款的销售数据分析，及时调整货品结构定期对终端店铺进行巡视，收集最新资讯并迅速作出反应；
l  Pay attention to the structure change of inventory timely to make sure the overall inventory proportion is within a reasonable range.
及时关注单点库存结构变化，使总体库存占比在合理范围内；
l  Cooperated closely with inventory department, pay attention to the flow of products and combined with the sales , to adjusted quantity and structure of the products quick and timely.
与货品部密切配合，关注货品情况，结合销售情况、及时对货品进行调配或结构调整
l  Fulfill the other tasks assigned by the superior or related department.
完成上级交办或相关部门提出需要协助的工作。 
任职资格 (Requirements):
l  Bachelor Degree or above.
本科以上。
l  One year or above related experience in retail company, worked in fast fashion industry preferred.
1年以上品牌相关岗位任职经验，快消行业优先。
l  Strong organization and communication skills, good coordination capabilities and flexibility, excellent language ability both verbal and written.
有较强的组织沟通能力，协调能力及灵活应变能力，良好的口头及书面表达能力。
l  Sensitive to data, acute market sensitivity, familiar with all kinds of data analysis methods and tools.
对数据敏感，市场触觉敏锐，熟悉各类数据分析方法及工具。
l  have responsibility for work, pay attention to the details, adept at analysis, judgment and strain, good interpersonal relationship (Team work).
责任心强，注意细节，善于分析、判断、应变，人际关系（团队精神）良好。
l  Honesty, enthusiasm, high loyalty, have a passion for retail works, ability to work in fast paced environment.
