System Officer (Data Analyst)
Job Responsibilities
·       Work in Supply Chain Data Analysis team to ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of SDE (Supplier Development Engineer) data.
·       Responsible for driving the consistency of data and its integrity.
·       Supply internal needs with data quality KPIs, and monitor data KPIs closely and timely response abnormal data flow and follow up action.
·       Work with Finisar other sites to collect quality data to process SDE weekly reports & Quarterly Business Review slides.
·       Receive and track PCN (Product Change Notice) from suppliers, follow up the status with SDE/Component Engineer/Commodity Manager.
·       Update and maintain SDE information in the Agile system and daily tracking log.
·       Proactively identify opportunities to streamline work processes.
·       Executes ad hoc assignments and projects.
 
Skills/Qualifications
·       3+ years Data Analyst experience, over 5 years of systems implementation experience preferred.
·       English as the primary working language.
·       Effective communicator and coordinator.
·       Eye for detail with sensitivity to numbers.
·       Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
·       Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
·       Responsible, reliable, with sense of urgency and attitude of “no excuse”.
·       Basic knowledge in Optics, E-component product is preferred.
·       Experience with Oracle and Agile system is preferred.
