Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. Collate and interpret market data from many various sources
2. Interview clients and industry contacts to source new information
3. Identify new sources of data and information
4. Update and maintain database in timely and consistent process
5. Construct and maintain simple models to ensure consistency of understanding and approach
6. Documenting and maintaining methodologies and driving product quality
7. To liaise regularly with editorial department to ensure the capture of new information
Key skills required:
1. Basic English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
2. Strong initiative and willingness to learn in an information business environment
3. Skilled in Office, with an emphasis on Excel and willingness to learn new applications
4. Good interpersonal skills and willingness to approach industry contacts
5. Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple assignments
Experience required:
1. Ideally Engineering or Science degree (e.g. Chemical Engineering or Chemistry) but also consider qualifications with numeracy skills.
2. Proven analytical and communication skills.
