岗位描述
The Data Analyst will help track, evaluate and improve our online game. By using the vast amount of information available from extensive data and event logging, analytic reports will be able to provide almost immediate feedback on game performance and shed insight on the end user experience.
数据分析师能够帮助追踪、评估以及完善我们的游戏。通过利用从广泛的外部数据以及时间记录获得的大量可用信息，分析师的报告几乎能够提供游戏表现的第一手反馈，在玩家体验方面也可以提供更多的帮助。
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
工作内容
Develop analysis and reporting tools to deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports and charts.
开发出能够实现每日/每周/每月报告以及报告相关图表的分析与报告工具。
Assess and provide possible solutions to current design to optimize ROI
评估并且提供可能的方案来对当前的ROI设计进行优化。
Communicate to game leadership effectively on key metrics related to user behavior, user segmentation, virality, marketing campaigns and others
在有关玩家行为、玩家细分、游戏扩散、营销活动以及其他的关键指标方面与管理层进行有效地沟通。
Perform ad hoc "what if" queries and investigations using existing data
运用现有的数据执行特定的“如果…将会怎样”的问询以及调查。
Look for patterns of player behavior and other correlations related to time of day, day of week, national holidays, etc.
寻找玩家行为模式以及玩家每天的、每周的以及法定假日等等游戏时间的相关系数。
Work with internal teams to establish requirements for reporting and analysis, and to define the logging datapoints that are necessary to create those reports.
与团队合作确定报告以及分析的具体要求，并且明确创建这些报告需要的登录数据点。
Assist in design and implementation of advanced statistical testing for custom problem- solving, like A/B testing.
协助设计并实施专为玩家解决问题的高级数据测试 （例如Alpha/Beta测试）。

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced statistical training and thorough practical experience modeling behavior from data.
经过系统的高级数据培训，拥有丰富的数据行为建模实践经验。
Knowledge of SQL, SAS/SPSS or programming languages useful to data retrieval and analysis.
对SQL、SAS/SPSS或者对数据检索以及对分析有帮助的编程语言有一定的了解。
An avid player of MMORPGs and other games
MMORPG或者其他类型游戏的资深玩家。
Experience analyzing very large, multi-dimensional data sets using SQL, excel, statistical software, etc,
拥有运用SQL、excel以及数据软件分析大型的的多维数据集方面的经验。
Excellent data reporting and presentation abilities.
很强的数据报告以及陈述能力。
Strong self-management skills.
强大的自我管理能力。
A background in experimental psychology, cognitive science, human computer interaction, computer science, information science or related field.
拥有实验心理学，认知心理学，人机交互，计算机科学，信息科学以及相关领域的背景。
Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics etc)
获得商科或者量学 （经济学以及统计学等等）学科的本科学历。
