Overall objective of the Position：Conduct and keep a good market intelligence for the company in RE and Senior Housing Industry. Assist in Business Development and operation translation.


Main Responsibilities

•Conduct market research in the Real Estate and Senior Housing Industry by monitoring market developments and collecting market intelligence

•Conduct period market report in Senior Housing to investors

•Conduct project feasibility report

•Assist BD Director in coordinate projects with partners, consulting firms and local government if necessary

•Assist in translation when it is needed

•Other jobs related to the project

   

Qualifications and Experience

•Friendly team player with can-do attitude

•Responsible and strong executing ability

•1-2 year real estate market research experience

•Experienced in investment

•Strong market research skills

•Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

•Moderate skills in real estate investment financing

•Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently

•Ability to understand and communicate in both English and Chinese, both verbally and written.

•Ability to travel around China

•Real estate consulting experience preferred

•Senior housing experience preferred
